The APK route matters for a practical reason: Google Play does not list 1xBet for Ethiopia, so the only genuine Android app comes from the operator's site. Anything called "1xBet" on a third-party store is not it.
Registering in the app with EthioWin

One-click registration: what it does and what it skips
One-click creates an account instantly with the country and currency taken from your location — Ethiopia and ETB. It does not ask for a phone number or email. That is convenient and slightly dangerous: without a phone number attached you cannot recover the account if you lose the generated password, and you cannot receive the SMS codes some cashier operations require. After a one-click registration, open the profile and add your phone number and email the same day. Depositing from the app
The cashier is under "Deposit" in the account menu. For Ethiopian accounts it lists Telebirr (100–50,000 ETB), CBE Birr, M-Pesa and E-Birr (from 20 ETB), Awash, Wegagen and Dashen Super, cards (deposit only, from 400 ETB) and crypto (no welcome bonus). Choose Telebirr, enter at least 150 ETB to activate the offer, confirm the prompt in the Telebirr app, and return. On Android the switch between apps is automatic; on iOS you may need to reopen 1xBet after confirming.
The welcome offer, for the record
