What is Betpower100?
A campaign identifier, nothing more and nothing less. 1xBet runs its welcome offer as a campaign, and codes such as Betpower100 tell the operator which channel a new account came through. The code does not carry its own bonus, its own percentage or its own conditions — those belong to the promotion it opens. That is also why 1xBet accepts several codes for Ethiopia (five on PromoCode.et) and all of them lead to the same offer.
Two things follow. First, "Betpower100 not working" almost always means a typing error or an existing account, not an expired bonus. Second, there is no point hunting for a "better" 1xBet code: the bonus is fixed by the promotion, the code just gets you into it.

Activating the bonus: the first deposit
Nothing is credited until you deposit at least 150 ETB with a qualifying method. In the cashier the local channels are Telebirr (100–50,000 ETB per transaction, instant), CBE Birr, M-Pesa and E-Birr (from 20 ETB), plus Awash, Wegagen and Dashen Super; Visa and Mastercard work for deposits from 400 ETB but cannot receive withdrawals. A Telebirr deposit is the usual route: select it, enter the amount, confirm the push notification in the Telebirr app, and the balance updates within a minute. The bonus appears next to it as two entries — sports and 1xGames.

Verification (KYC)
1xBet asks for identity documents before the first withdrawal: a national ID, passport or driving licence, sometimes a selfie. Reviews put approval at anything from 15 minutes to 72 hours. Upload the documents on the day you register — with a bonus running against a 30-day clock, a verification hold at the end is the worst time to discover a mismatch between the name on your account and the name on your ID.
