The casino welcome package, as published
| Deposit | Match | Free spins | Min. deposit | Cap per deposit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 100% | — | €5 equiv. | €100 equiv. |
| 2nd | 50% | 35 | €10 equiv. | €100 equiv. |
| 3rd | 25% | 50 | €10 equiv. | €100 equiv. |
| 4th | 25% | 65 | €10 equiv. | €100 equiv. |
What is not published: the wagering requirement, the game contribution table, the slot the free spins run on and any maximum stake with bonus funds. All of that is in the promotion terms inside the account, and PromoCode.et does not guess at it. Read those terms after registering and before the first deposit; the sports/casino choice locks with that deposit.
Registering with Scatter100 and choosing the casino package
- Open Win Win Bet and register
One-click, phone or email; currency ETB. Paste Scatter100 in the promo code field before confirming. Betpower100 works the same way.
- Complete the profile and verify the phone
Both are conditions of the welcome offers at Win Win Bet.
- Open Promotions → casino welcome package and read the wagering
Note the multiplier, the game contribution and the maximum bet with bonus funds.
- Select "Casino" and switch the bonus toggle on in the cashier
Then deposit at least the €5 equivalent in Birr via Telebirr (from 100 ETB) or an agent (from 50 ETB).
- Repeat for deposits two to four
Each with the toggle on; the free spins are credited with the matching deposit and usually run on a named slot.
The casino itself
More than 100 studios — Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NoLimit City, Hacksaw, Yggdrasil, NetEnt and Playson among them — with classic and video slots, Megaways, bonus-buy and cluster titles, progressive jackpots and 50-plus blackjack and roulette variants. The "WinGames" and Fast Games sections carry crash titles such as JetX and Aviator-style games, dice and scratch cards. The live casino runs on Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi: Infinite Blackjack, Lightning and XXXtreme Lightning Roulette, baccarat variants, Casino Hold'em, and game shows including Crazy Time, Monopoly Live and Sweet Bonanza Candyland, with table minimums from around the €0.10 equivalent.
The Promo Code Store
This is where Scatter100's story continues after the welcome package. Every sports bet and every casino spin earns bonus points, win or lose. The points accumulate and you spend them in the Promo Code Store on rewards you pick: free bets of various sizes, free-spin packages on selected slots, Wheel of Fortune entries, cashback vouchers and tournament tickets. The catalogue changes monthly. Store rewards carry wagering requirements of their own, but lower ones than the welcome package — which makes the store more valuable than the welcome offer for anyone who plays regularly.
Two related programmes: an eight-level casino cashback ladder starting at "Copper", where higher levels pay a larger percentage and the top level calculates cashback on turnover rather than losses; and, on the sports side, an "Accumulator of the Day" with a 10% boost. Neither needs a code.
Free spins: how they actually pay
- Spins are credited on a named slot at a fixed stake; you cannot move them to another game.
- Winnings from spins become bonus balance with their own wagering, not withdrawable cash.
- They usually expire faster than the deposit match — check the days.
- Slots normally count 100% towards casino wagering; live tables often a fraction or nothing.
Payments and verification
Telebirr (100–50,000 ETB) in and out; agent cash-in through CBE, Telebirr, CBE Birr and E-Birr (50–3,000 ETB, deposit only); Binance Pay, ByBit Pay and a wide crypto list with fast payouts and high limits. No operator fees. KYC (ID plus proof of address) takes 24–72 hours and must be complete before the first withdrawal; a withdrawal while any bonus is active normally cancels it. More in the payment methods guide.
Mobile
Android users install the APK from the official site (Android 6.0+, about 50 MB); the international site advertises an iOS app but the September 2026 audit of the Ethiopian version could not find it in the App Store, so iPhone users play in the mobile browser. The promo code field is in the registration screen of both.

The same code is accepted by other bookmakers we cover. Each account is separate, and each welcome offer has its own terms.
FAQ
Does Scatter100 give free spins directly?
No. The code links your account to the welcome campaign; the free spins come with deposits two, three and four of the casino package if you choose it.
How many free spins in total?
150 across the package: 35, 50 and 65 on the second, third and fourth deposits, on the slot named in the promotion terms.
What is the wagering on the casino package?
It is stated in the promotion terms inside the account and we could not verify it independently, so we do not quote a figure. Read it before the first deposit.
Is the Promo Code Store the same as a bonus code?
No. Registration codes such as Scatter100 are entered once, at sign-up. The store is a loyalty shop you use from an existing account with points earned by playing.
Can I take the sports bonus instead with Scatter100?
Yes. The code does not decide the offer; choose "Sports" before the first deposit. The Betpower100 guide covers that path.
