Win Win Bet's Ethiopian cashier lists Telebirr (100–50,000 ETB, deposits and withdrawals), cash-in through CBE, Telebirr, CBE Birr and E-Birr agents (50–3,000 ETB, deposit only), Binance Pay and ByBit Pay, and a long list of cryptocurrencies including USDT on several networks and Tron. What "5x in accumulators of 3+ events" means bet by bet
Only accumulators count, and each needs at least three selections with at least three of them at odds of 1.40 or higher. Singles and doubles contribute nothing. Take a 2,000 ETB deposit:

Because accumulators lose more often than singles, expect the bankroll to swing more than it would under Melbet's singles-allowed rollover. Adding a fourth leg at very short odds (say 1.10) does not help — the rule needs three legs at 1.40+, and extra legs only reduce the win rate. Keep to three or four legs, all at 1.40 or above, and spread the bets rather than chasing the turnover in a weekend.
